PLEASE READ “THOROUGHLY” BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
• DEPOSIT required upon booking! Deposit is non transferable and non refundable. The remainder balance MUST be paid in CASH or ZELLE. Cash App is no longer accepted.
• Please arrive with clean lashes. Your face and lashes (extensions or natural) MUST be free of any type of oil. An oily face will cause the bonding in the adhesive to break down and your lash extensions will fall fast. If you arrive with an oily/dirty face I will offer a lash bath for an additional fee. If you refuse, your retention period will fall on you. I will not discount or do a touch up for no charge, you must book a refill or full set appointment (depending on if 50% of your lashes are remaining). Be sure to read each detailed description of the service you desire before booking.
• Please arrive on time, you have a 15min grace period. After 15min, your appointment will be CANCELED! No extra guest is allowed with you at the time of your service.
• No call/no show will be banned from future booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service.
•DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER ARTIST WORK! First time clients should always book a full set and removal if necessary.
• 2-3 week refills only! More than 50% of lashes missing is a full set.
